Sabbath Scriptures from the King James Bible
Here is a list of Sabbath scriptures from the King James Bible. When Sabbath is used in the bible, especially in the Old Testament, it may refer to Gods Seventh day Sabbath or the various temporary ceremonial Sabbaths that were nailed to the cross. Where applicable unless already stated they are marked [seventh day] for Gods Seventh day Sabbath or [includes fourth Commandment] when it also includes Ceremonial Sabbaths.

Genesis 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
Genesis 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Exodus 16:23 And he said unto them, This is that which the LORD has said, To morrow is the rest of the holy sabbath [seventh day] unto the LORD: bake that which you will bake to day, and seethe that you will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning.

Hosea 2:11 I will also cause all her mirth to cease, her feast days, her new moons, and her sabbaths, and all her solemn feasts. See Hosea 2:11 and ceremonial sabbaths.
Amos 8:5 Saying, When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell corn? and the sabbath [seventh day], that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit?

Matthew 12:1 At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day [seventh day] through the corn; and his disciples were an hungred, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat.
Matthew 12:2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, your disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day [seventh day].
Matthew 12:5 Or have you not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days [seventh day] the priests in the temple profane the sabbath [seventh day], and are blameless?
Matthew 12:8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day [seventh day].
Matthew 12:10 And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days [seventh day]? that they might accuse him.
